At Red Leaf Tables, we believe true craftsmen stand behind their work—and we know that buying furniture online can feel uncertain. That’s why we offer our Ironclad Promise:

1. If your furniture isn’t the right color, size, or style you ordered, we’ll make it right—by repairing or replacing it.
2. If your piece arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it.
3. If your furniture ever cracks or splits, we’ll repair or replace it.

This is our commitment to you—for as long as you own your custom Red Leaf Table.

Even though we build several tables each year, we’re still a small, tight-knit team. That means no frustrating call centers or endless red tape. The same person who helped you place your order will be there if you ever need support after the sale.

Please keep in mind: Our furniture is handcrafted from solid wood, and that’s not for everyone. Be sure to check out “Cosmetic Standards” & FAQ’s table care  to understand a little more about Red Leaf Tables.

Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects concerning products not functioning correctly. Example - Joints in the wood of the product are insecure or wobbly or wood is coming apart or breaking naturally.

What our warranty does not cover: anything that has occurred due to mishandling of furniture, such as damaging the finish, force to the wood causing it to break, or natural tendencies of wood when treated to extreme humidity & temperature changes (Twisting, bowing, warping). Wood is a natural product and we have no control over it moving over time, especially in different temperatures and humidity. 

REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR ON YOUR TABLE/CHAIRS/BENCHES, ETC.

Your table is protected to a degree with the three coats of industrial grade (low VOC) precatalized conversion varnish that we apply to your order.  However, your table will experience scratches that we have no control over.  The only way to avoid these is to never use your table.  Although most people purchase a table to be used every day and even on special occasions.  Therefore,  there is virtually no way to avoid these from happening, unfortunately.

If you do not want your seat bottoms scratched or ruined be careful to either use seat cushions on your chairs on a regular basis and/or please be careful when sitting on your chairs in blue jeans with buttons/zippers and the like. 

We cannot guarantee that your furniture will not scratch, and these types of scratches are not covered in our guarantee.
