What is your Warranty?

Red Leaf Tables offers a three (3) year Limited Warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use during the Warranty Period. The Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Do you offer Financing?

Although we do not offer in-house financing, we do accept PayPal Credit, Affirm, and Shop Credit.

How long before I get my Custom Table?

We build tables in the order they are received. Our normal lead time is 2-3 weeks with the exception of fluctuating demand throughout the year due to various reasons. Feel free to call us to find out our current turnaround time.

Can I pay extra to expedite my order?

We are careful to manage our load to ensure we meet our commitments to customers. By default, tables are built in the order they were received. However, if you need your custom table built in time for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, wedding gift, holiday party, then we may be able to work your order in to accommodate your need. We will let you know at the time of your deposit your expected delivery date based on our work load at that time. If the delivery date is not soon enough, and if we deem it possible to fit your build into the schedule without jeopardizing our prior commitments, then there will be an expedited surcharge for an early delivery commitment.
